Requirements
- Requirements of referral are (must meet one or more):
- Expecting parent or parent/guardian of a child under 3 months of age and resident of one of the following counties:
Cannon, Coffee, Dickson, Giles, Hickman, Humphreys, Lawrence, Lewis, Maury, Perry, Rutherford, Van Buren, Warren, Wayne or Williamson County - Expecting parent or parent/guardian of a child under 24 months of age referred by Department of Children Services or Safe Baby Court and resident of one of the following counties: Cannon, Coffee, Dickson, Giles, Hickman, Humphreys, Lawrence, Lewis, Maury, Perry, Rutherford, Van Buren, Warren, Wayne or Williamson County
- Expecting parent or parent/guardian of a child under 18 months of age and residents of one of the following counties:
Bedford, Cannon, Cheatham, Franklin, Giles, Lawrence, Lincoln, Marshall, Rutherford or Montgomery County - Parent/guardian of a child 18 months up to age 6 needing support with child behaviors and resident of Tennessee in Maury and surrounding counties or Montgomery and surrounding counties
- Parent/guardian of a child birth to 8 years of age and resident of Bedford, Cannon, Coffee, Dickson, Franklin, Giles, Hickman, Humphreys, Lawrence, Lewis, Lincoln, Marshall, Maury, Montgomery, Moore, Perry, Van Buren, Warren, Wayne, or Williamson County
