Every story matters at Centerstone. Your experiences with patients and families showcase the life-changing work we do every day. We’re looking for stories that inspire, educate, and celebrate recovery and resilience.
Many of our stakeholders – donors, funders, payers, and legislative partners routinely ask for stories that demonstrate the impact of our day-to-day work. These stories don’t require any patient information (in fact, we don’t want you to include any PHI in this form) – but instead will focus on the sorts of stories you might share with a coworker in the breakroom or with a loved one about the day you just had.
If you have a story that shows the triumph of a patient or client, or that serves as a reminder for YOU about why you got into this line of work to begin with, we want to hear about it. Whether it’s a story about overcoming challenges, finding hope through our services, or achieving a meaningful milestone, your story could help us spread awareness, amplify the voices of those we serve and demonstrate the meaningful impact of the work we do.
What Do We Do With the Stories?
We may use the stories in a narrative format, sharing with funders or stakeholders in a “what people are saying” sort of way. Or some stories may be perfect for our Centerstone Stories video series. If you have a story about a patient that may be good for video, we want to hear about it! Our team will follow-up with you to gather contact information and more details.
