Each year, Centerstone employees join together to help bridge gaps and ensure access to care for our patients, their families and our communities by giving through Centerstone’s Employee Giving Campaign.

Ways Gifts Help

• Covering therapeutic sessions, crisis services, school-based services or medication assistance for individuals and families without resources – ensuring access to critical care and medication are provided when needed

Why I Give?

I have participated in the Employee Giving Campaign for several years. As a member of the Centerstone staff who does not work directly with clients, I see it as my honor to contribute through employee giving to provide much needed funds for those clients who may not have a funding source or need a little extra help. When Centerstone client success stories are shared with staff, I KNOW that my contributions helped to make someone’s life better – and that is our goal at Centerstone – “delivering care that changes people’s lives.”

My reason for donating is because mental health hits close to home as I lost a sister to suicide almost twenty years ago. She had mental health issues, and my mother had tried to get her the help and resources needed to no avail. I believe that the resources that are provided through the Centerstone Foundation are important so that those with mental health and addiction can have the support and resources for them to be successful in navigating life.

In the time I have been with Centerstone, I have worked exclusively with our Military services programs. I am proud to say that they work every day to help bridge the gap in available and confidential mental health services for our service members, veterans and their families. I give to Centerstone’s National Veterans Counseling Fund to support the men, women and children that have done so much for us.
