Synopsis of Training:
This live training focuses on providing clinical supervision effective to staff who provide telehealth. Participants will learn the functions and roles in effective supervision. The training will focus on the roles of the supervisor according to the Discrimination Model. Participants will learn factors involved in building a quality alliance during clinical supervision. Strategies and techniques in providing remote supervision will be discussed. This training qualifies for one hour of CE credit. Participants will have a chance to complete an evaluation at the end of the training to obtain a CE certificate.

Learning Objectives:

1. Identify the factors in a quality alliance with the supervisee.
2. Understand the three main roles of the supervisor according to the Discrimination Model.
3. Learn 3 strategies and techniques in providing remote supervision.
