Synopsis of Training:
This live training covers an evidence-informed interpersonal model of suicide prevention and care called RELATE. Participants will learn about the upstream approach to suicide prevention and how to reframe safety planning into building a life worth living.

Learning Objectives:

1. Understand the importance of an upstream approach to suicide prevention.
2. Identify the three main drivers of suicide and how to incorporate those within a safety plan.
3. Review strategies that could prevent suicide by improving well-being and quality of life.
