Flooding impacting Centerstone’s offices in Indiana

Due to widespread flooding in communities across the state of Indiana, Centerstone is making the following schedule adjustments:

• Muncie, Indiana locations will be closed on Friday, August 14th.
• New Castle, Indiana locations will be closed on Friday, August 14th.
• Richmond, Indiana locations (831 & 809 Dillon Drive and 15th Street), including Centerstone Health Services, will be closed on Friday, August 14th. Centerstone’s Recovery Center in Richmond remains open. 
• Connersville, Indiana locations, including Centerstone Health Services, will be closed on Friday, August 14th.

All other Centerstone sites remain open during regular business hours. If you have an appointment scheduled at one of the impacted sites, your provider may reach out to you to arrange for a telehealth appointment instead. If you have not heard from your provider or would like to re-schedule your appointment, please call us at 877-HOPE123.
