Tom Weber is the Division President, West of Centerstone, a nonprofit health system specializing in mental health and substance use disorder treatments. He guides Centerstone leaders in creating and executing strategic growth plans while maintaining operational financial sustainability.

With his background as a certified public accountant, Weber previously served as Chief Financial Officer for Preferred Family Healthcare and more recently as Chief Administrative Officer for Brightli, a behavioral health organization that builds healthy communities by providing seamless access to comprehensive, compassionate, and innovative care.
Prior to his career in healthcare, he worked at a public accounting firm for 10 years serving clients primarily in the banking industry and M&A space.

Weber has undergraduate and master’s degrees in accountancy from Missouri State University. He holds an active CPA license in Missouri and also has inactive licenses as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Series 7/66 for financial advisory services.
