Residential treatment is appropriate for individuals who can benefit from a highly structured recovery environment, free from influences that can undermine the recovery process. Centerstone offers both short and long-term voluntary residential treatment programs that provide holistic, innovative, and comprehensive long-term recovery options. Emphasis will be on building skills for long-term sobriety, employment readiness, improved relationships, parenting, emotion management and community integration.

Centerstone Recovery Centers (CRC) are appropriate for individuals who are medically stable and need a safe place to live while they hone skills for long-term recovery. Individuals must have the basic skills to live in a communal setting and be willing to follow their care plan.
Placement will be based on medical necessity, individual need and can be up to 30 days. Following residential treatment, Centerstone will connect clients to services in their community of choice. Transition of care may include connection to:
- Primary care physicians
- Coaching for recovery, health and employment
- Individual and group therapy
Extended stay options may be available for persons who meet the criteria.
Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) is the use of medications in combination with counseling and behavioral therapies to treat substance use disorders, usually related to opioid and heroin addiction. Centerstone is a leader in MAT therapy, delivering this service directly or partnering with community providers.

We accept many insurance plans, including commercial insurance, Medicaid, Medicare and Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP). If you are not sure whether we are in network with your individual plan, we will contact your insurance provider and advocate for services on your behalf.
