Brightli, Inc., parent company of St. Louis-based Places for People, is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Deal to its Board of Directors. Deal joined the board in July 2024, bringing a wealth of expertise from his professional and volunteer backgrounds.

A Places for People board member since 2019, Deal provided leadership and support to the organization during its move to a new headquarters and the retirement of former CEO Joe Yancey in 2020. Deal served on the organization’s Strategic Plan Planning Committee in 2021 and 2022, supporting the development of the organization’s strategic plan that was adopted in 2022. Deal serves as Secretary on the Places for People Board of Directors.

Deal is Director of Sales of Sales at TRC Staffing Solutions in St. Louis. His previous experience includes Vice President of Operations at Floor Coverings International, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development of Stupp Bros., Inc., and 16 years in leadership positions at Nidec Motor Corporation. Deal is an Assistant Scoutmaster and has volunteered for several organizations in the St. Louis area.
