Helping Families Find the Support They Need
Centerstone is proud to serve as the Community Network Anchor for the Marion Illinois Department of Public Health Region, helping youth and families across 27 counties in southeastern Illinois, serving more than 500,000 residents including over 70,000 students.
Many families face challenges finding the right support. This initiative is designed to create a clearer, more connected system of care for youth and families by bringing organizations and resources together to strengthen support systems across southeastern Illinois.

How We Help
Community Action Committee
A 72-member group of caregivers and professionals who meet monthly to guide decisions and improve services.
Service Mapping
A clear, easy-to-use directory of mental health, community, and family support services.
Resource Connection
Alignment with trusted tools like FindHelp SI and IDPH’s BEACON system to simplify access.
Needs Identification
Ongoing input from youth and families to identify gaps and inform a regional needs assessment.
