Centerstone Recovery Transitional Housing

The Centerstone Recovery Transitional Housing (CRTH) facility in Marion, IL, offers 16 beds for men and women, age 18 and older, needing additional support in a recovery-based, integrative environment. A transitional living facility for those who are new to recovery and are committed to a full life away from addiction, the CRTH offers treatment for individuals who are medically stable and in need of longer-term recovery housing. We welcome those with co-occurring disorders, and those prescribed medications used to assist in substance use disorder (SUD) treatment, including Methadone. Treatment is provided in a gender-specific and gender-responsive communal setting following an individualized, evidence-based care plan. Length of stay is usually 3-6 months, depending on individual need. Our Level III facilities are supervised, with staff onsite 24 hours daily. We offer three meals per day and onsite clinical services. Client medications are managed by staff. Services Include:
  • Group and individual counseling
  • Structured living environment
  • Individualized care management
  • Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOT)
  • Specialty care for pregnant and postpartum women
  • Treatment for co-occurring disorders
  • Family education programming
  • Family reunification
  • HIV & HEP-C testing, education and prevention
  • Skill-building that focuses on independent living, such as housing, budgeting and financial goal setting and planning
  • Telehealth
  • Education on medication management
  • Access to community/virtual recovery meetings
  • Coordination with community partners (judicial systems, Department of Child & Family Services, etc.)
  • Full access integration to our residential SUD continuum of care
Following treatment, Centerstone works with individuals on a smooth transition back to the community, and may include connections to:
  • Primary care physicians (PCP)
  • Psychiatric services
  • Ongoing coaching for recovery, health and employment
  • Individual and group therapy
  • Safe housing options
  • Connection to community recovery meetings
  • Transportation
Payment Options

Insurances accepted are Illinois Medicaid or Illinois Medicaid-Managed Care for clinical services. Individuals with no insurance and no/low income may be eligible. We offer a self-pay option, work with residents on a payment plan, and offer financial assistance for those who qualify.
