This six-week group program via Zoom introduces cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia. The program will discuss cognitive and behavioral strategies to improve sleep.
This virtual group is for residents of Tennessee that are 18 years of age or older.
If one or more sound familiar, this program is for you:
- You can’t fall asleep.
- It’s hard to stay asleep.
- You’re tired most of the day.
- Stress is interfering with your sleep.
- You lay in bed worrying night after night.
Cognitive Behavioral Strategies for Insomnia
This program will help you:
- Learn about sleep norms
- Recalibrate your body to sleep more deeply
- Learn new methods to relax before bedtime
- Increase daytime energy and improve health
- Enhance your work and home life
Six-Week Virtual Program via Zoom
The 6-week series will begin once enough participants are confirmed.
- Week 1 – Introduction to sleep; Reconnecting your bed with sleep
- Week 2 – Consolidating your sleep and getting back on track
- Week 3 – Relaxing your body
- Week 4 – Relaxing your mind
- Week 5 – You pick the topic
- Week 6 – Maintaining your progress
How to join:
To determine if this program is right for you, interested individuals will be invited to complete the referral form followed by an individual session to review with the facilitator. Individuals who meet the criteria will be invited to attend the group.
