Centerstone appoints Lisa Dominisse as Chief Executive Officer of Indiana Market
Centerstone, a national leader in mental health and substance use disorder services, announced that Lisa Dominisse has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of its Indiana Market, effective March 16, 2026. Her appointment was unanimously approved by Centerstone’s Board of Directors.
Dominisse’s appointment comes at a pivotal time as Indianapolis-based Adult & Child Health and Centerstone continue through a significant period of integration following the close of Centerstone’s merger with Adult & Child Health’s parent company, Brightli, in November. Her selection reflects Centerstone’s commitment to steady, experienced leadership focused on supporting team members while advancing high-quality, accessible care for the people and communities served across Indiana.
Dominisse brings more than 20 years of experience leading change and strengthening healthcare organizations. Most recently, she served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Radiant Health in Marion, Indiana, where she successfully guided the organization through a rapid merger, improved financial stability, expanded same-day access to care, strengthened crisis services, and led the transition to the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model.
“My leadership approach has always been grounded in an abundance mindset,” Dominisse said. “I truly believe the people we serve deserve the absolute best in life, and it is my goal to help every person who relies on us achieve that. The same commitment extends to our team members. They, too, deserve the very best.”
As CEO of the Indiana Market, which employs more than 1,500 people across dozens of locations, Dominisse will focus on strengthening clinical outcomes, supporting and engaging Centerstone’s workforce, and building on strong internal and external partnerships to support the organization’s long-term success.
“As I join the organization, I am looking forward to getting to know the team, understanding Centerstone’s relationships both internally and externally, and listening to the ideas and experiences that will help shape the future of the organization,” she added.
Dominisse holds a Master of Business Administration from Bellevue University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska. She currently serves on the Boards of Directors for the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, the Indiana Council of Community Mental Health Centers, and Grant County State Bank. She is also a certified coach in conflict dynamics and social and emotional intelligence.
“As we continue bringing our organizations together, we are confident Lisa’s experience, leadership approach, and commitment to quality care and staff support will be a strong asset to our Indiana teams,” said David C. Guth, Jr., Chief Executive Officer of Centerstone.
