Military Counseling Services

Counseling, also known as therapy, is one of the simplest ways to achieve a happier, healthier you. When you meet with a clinician for counseling, you will have the opportunity to speak openly about any challenges you may be experiencing. Together, you and your counselor will work to build a plan and identify the tools to help you tackle any issues and get you back to feeling like your best self.

Military life can be incredibly challenging, including long deployments, exposure to combat situations, frequent relocations, and temporary duty assignments that take service members away from their homes and families. Many of these effects can last long after leaving the military, and these challenges can impact not only service members but also their spouses and children.
