Regional Children’s Community Action Treatment (CAT) Team
The Regional Children’s Community Action Treatment (CAT) Team is a self-contained multi-disciplinary clinical team that provides comprehensive, intensive community-based treatment to families with youth and young adults, ages 11-21, who are at risk of out-of-home placement due to a mental health or co-occurring disorder and related complex issues for whom traditional services are not/have not been adequate.
The Centerstone CAT Teams provide family-centered services individualized according to the strengths and needs of the child and family. The team and family work together with a goal of supporting and sustaining the child or young adult in the most appropriate environment. This is our commitment to you and your family.

- Child and Teen Community (home and school) Mental Health Care
