Adult Long-Term Group Living (less than 24-hour supervision)

This program provides a variety of housing options for clients in Supportive Housing. Services offered vary by facility and staffing levels. Some sites offer on-site medication monitoring and life skills training. Residents in these facilities can be served on an outpatient basis by rehabilitation specialists from Supportive Housing, Community Support Services or the Assertive Community Treatment Team based on resident need.
