Hold Me Tight Program: Conversations for Connection

Join us for The Hold Me Tight Program, Conversations for Connection. This relationship education group for couples is based on the book “Hold Me Tight: Seven Conversations for a Lifetime of Love” by Dr. Sue Johnson.

Hold Me Tight can help improve your relationship, as well as foster better conflict resolution and positive problem solving. The program has been found to both improve relationship satisfaction and foster a more secure bond between couples.

Couples are invited to join eight weekly sessions being held every Wednesday from May 3rd to June 21st, 2023 from 4 pm to 6 pm CT (5 pm to 7 pm ET). Sessions will be held online using the Zoom platform and invites will be emailed to registered participants.

The program is available in all states and enrollment is free.
