Lisa Norton is the Chief of Staff at Centerstone, a nonprofit health system specializing in mental health and substance use disorder treatments. Norton partners with executive leadership to advance strategic priorities across the organization. In this role, she helps coordinate enterprise-wide initiatives, facilitates collaboration among departments, and ensures alignment between Centerstone’s strategic goals and operational execution. Previously, Lisa served as Centerstone’s Vice President of Enterprise Strategy, where she led efforts to develop and implement organizational strategies that drive growth and innovation across Centerstone’s multi-state footprint.
Lisa brings more than two decades of experience in healthcare administration, strategic planning, marketing, and operations. Before joining Centerstone, she held several leadership roles at Northside Hospital Gwinnett, including Director of Operations, where she oversaw the management of a 600-bed acute care facility and led large-scale construction and service expansion projects. She also previously served as Director of Business Development at The Physicians Spine & Rehabilitation Specialists and as Service Line Marketing Manager at Northside Hospital.
Lisa is active in her community as a member of Gwinnett Church in Sugar Hill, Georgia, and as a past sponsor and volunteer with Dreamweavers of Georgia.
Lisa earned a master’s degree in marketing from Georgia State University and a bachelor’s degree in sports medicine and athletic training, with a minor in speech communication, from Valdosta State University.
