Centerstone Farmington – Aquinas

Centerstone’s Aquinas Center is a 24-hour residential substance use treatment facility serving adults in Farmington and the surrounding communities. Located on Highway 32 just east of U.S. Highway 67, the campus provides a supportive, structured environment for individuals seeking recovery from substance use disorders. On-site parking is available for visitors, and the facility is conveniently accessible from major roadways serving St. Francois County and the surrounding region. The Aquinas Center provides residential treatment for adults experiencing substance use disorders, including individuals with co-occurring mental health conditions. Services include individual and group counseling, family counseling, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), relapse prevention, case management, and recovery support services. Clients receive around-the-clock care from a multidisciplinary treatment team in a safe, therapeutic setting designed to support long-term recovery. The facility accepts admissions 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays.
