Sometimes, we get caught up in our daily routine and life can start to feel bland. When you’re feeling bland, add some S.P.I.C.E.S. back into your routine!

Social: Sometimes our social batteries run out, I get it. We need to make sure that we’re spending good, quality time with those that love us and bring light to our lives.

Physical: Get out of that house and do something, Kings and Queens. Pick a healthy activity that gets your heart rate going.

Intellectual: Close Tik Tok and stimulate that brain! Your brain has an amazing ability to adapt and respond to new experiences and situations, if you exercise it!

Creative: Let your inner creator, out! Music, dance (yes, Tik Tok dances count.), art, and reading are all good examples of this!

Emotional: Adding some stress management techniques such as meditation,
deep breathing exercises, or journaling to your tool box are great ways to get those feelings out.

Spiritual: Get more deeply connected with the space you’re in. We all have a need to feel like we belong and that there is goodness around us. Find what makes you feel connected!

Self care isn’t selfish, friend.
