Centerstone’s Medication Assisted Treatment (CMAT)
Centerstone’s Medication Assisted Treatment (CMAT) program is a whole-person recovery program offering Methadone, Suboxone, & Vivitrol to those struggling with Opioid addictions. Our collaborative team works to offer medical support, along with therapy and peer support to bring people through their recovery. Our medical staff assist clients with regular dosing, urinalysis, prescription orders, collecting medical history, & monitoring their progress with treatment recommendations.Talk to a Recruiter
