Centerstone is hosting two free mental health screenings this May in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month. This is a great opportunity to pause and reflect on your mental well-being. If you or someone you know has been wondering whether it’s time to get checked, this event offers a simple way to do so without visiting a clinic.

This event is open to the public. Community members of all ages are welcome to stop by the location most convenient for them for a brief, confidential check-in.

The approximate time to complete the screening is about 15 minutes, unless you have additional questions or concerns that you’d like to discuss during your visit.

After your screening is complete, you’ll receive a confidential follow-up phone call to review your results. If additional care is recommended, our therapists will help you begin the intake process at Centerstone.
