Synopsis of Training:
This live training covers key components of assessing clients over telehealth using a trauma-informed lens. Attendees will learn how to assess when clients are hyper or hypo-aroused (over or under their window of tolerance) along with steps to take to bring the client back into the optimal state of arousal over telehealth. This training qualifies for one hour of CE credit. Participants will have a chance to complete an evaluation at the end of the training to obtain a CE certificate.

Learning Objectives:

1. Identify signs that the client is outside of their window of tolerance
2. Understand common feelings/reactions to clients that are hyper, or hypo, aroused
3. Learn steps to take when a client is in hyper and hypo-arousal over telehealth
4. Identify strengths-based and creative trauma informed assessment strategies
