Synopsis of Training
This introductory training provides a comprehensive overview of Seeking Safety, an evidence-based treatment designed for individuals experiencing trauma-related concerns and/or substance use disorders. Participants will examine the relationship between trauma and substance use, review the model’s core principles and supporting evidence, and gain a foundational understanding of how Seeking Safety can be applied with diverse client populations.
The Centerstone Research Institute has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7204. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Centerstone Research Institute is solely responsible for all aspects of programs.
