Centerstone names Jeffrey Lilley new hospital administrator
Jeffrey Lilley, CPA, MHA, has been appointed hospital administrator for Centerstone Behavioral Hospital & Addiction Center. In this role, Lilley will oversee all operations on Centerstone’s hospital campus which provides inpatient and residential behavioral health treatment to patients throughout the region.
Lilley’s extensive hospital operations experience will guide clinical and facilities teams in providing quality, innovative care to adults and children on its 30-bed crisis stablilzation unit, 37-bed inpatient hospital unit and 30-bed residential unit. Lilley will also manage Centerstone’s Access Center and Central Receiving Facility, a 24-hour, seven day a week emergency walk-in location that provides immediate assessments for individuals who seek psychicatric and/or addictions treatment.

Before arriving at Centerstone, Lilley served in mulitple roles for Princeton Community Hospital in Princeton, West Virginia, including chief executive officer, chief operating officer and vice president of operations. While with Princeton Community Hospital, he increased annual net revenues by five to eight percent, grew physician practices from two primary care sites to ten primary and specialty practices, and improved overall volumes of the behavioral medicine facility by 80 percent. Lilley also served as chief executive officer and chief operating officer at Grafton City Hospital in Grafton, West Virginia, and as chief financial officer for Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Ranson, West Virginia.
Lilley holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine and has held a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification since 1996. He served as board member and regional policy board designee for the West Virginia Hospital Association and as chair for Partners in Health in Charleston, West Virginia.
