Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is offered to Centerstone's teen patients who experience intense emotions and have difficulty managing them. Who can Join? Centerstone patients ages 13-19 What to Expect? This group provides structured DBT skills training to support emotional regulation, reduce impulsive reactions, and build healthier coping strategies.
