Hold Me Tight Program: Conversations for Connection

This weekly group is for couples and will be held virtually. The 8 weekly sessions runs from January 25, 2023 to March 15, 2023.

In This Together: Embracing the Messiness of Motherhood

This group is designed for women in the military community who are currently pregnant or have given birth without the last year. It meets virtually on Tuesdays starting February 21, 2023.

Co-Occurring Disorder Group

The Co-Occurring Disorder group is designed for individuals who have both mental health and substance abuse diagnoses. This open psychotherapy group is for active clients who reside in NC or SC and will run for 12 to 16 weeks. It will be a hybrid model with the option to be in person at the clinic or over Zoom.
