Solutions EAP, a service of Centerstone an Indiana-based Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and corporate development program provider, today announced it is changing its name to Centerstone Solutions. The organization has long been a part of the Centerstone family of companies, and the name change reflects the organization’s connection to one of the nation’s leading providers of community-based behavioral health services.
