This location houses office-based outpatient services for children and adults experiencing mental health and substance abuse diagnoses and community-based services for children and adults. This location also offers services for adults involved with the justice system as well as Integrated Health Home care for people with complex physical health and mental health conditions.
Centerstone can assist clients with getting services through client assistance or a sliding scale fee. The sliding scale fee is available to all clients but only at certain sites with National Health Service Corps certification.
