Our mental health & addiction outpatient counseling services can help with addiction, anger management, anxiety, depression, trauma & more.
Counseling, also known as therapy, is one of the simplest ways to achieve a happier, healthier you. When you meet with a clinician for counseling, you’ll have the opportunity to speak openly about any challenges you may be having. Together, you and your counselor will work to build a plan and identify the tools to help you tackle any issues and get you back to being your full self.
Your counselor will work with you to determine the type of counseling setting best suits your unique needs.
During your first appointment, you can expect to meet with your provider and learn more about each other. Your provider will likely ask you some questions about your challenges, your goals, and your preferences, as well as questions about your history receiving mental health treatment. Together, you and your provider will then start working on a treatment plan that is custom fit to your needs.
