Florida Staffers Named Red Ribbon Champions

Gino Scano received one award for all of his great work as a recovery coach. For many years he has been connecting with, encouraging, and supporting individuals through their recovery journey. Dr. Janet Taylor and Angel Tavares received the award for their tireless efforts in providing behavioral health services and connecting inmates to ongoing treatment after release. The awards breakfast was attended by two County Commissioners, Sheriff Rick Wells, school administration, and many of our other Manatee and Sarasota community partners and friends.
