We accept most insurances – including Medicaid, Medicare and many commercial insurance plans. If you don’t have insurance, ask us about payment assistance.

Centerstone offers Open Access hours to help connect you with the mental health or substance use disorder services you need in a timely manner. Please review the following options to begin your services at Centerstone:
The best way to get started for services is to call us at (877) 467-3123 from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday-Friday. We will get your information and work with you on starting services.
We have a first-come, first-serve virtual waitlist for clients who can utilize our Open Access Assessment Service. Using the Virtual Open Access Assessment Service by calling (877) 467-3123 is preferred.
If you have private health insurance or Medicare, call (877) 467-3123 first to verify coverage and schedule your first appointment.

Know before you call/go:
The Sliding Fee Discount Program must be offered to all patients with annual incomes at or below 200 percent of the most current Federal Poverty Guidelines (FPG). For individuals with annual incomes at or below 100 percent of the FPG, CCBHC sites and NHSC-approved sites must provide services at no charge, or at a nominal charge. For individuals with incomes above 100 percent, but at or below 200 percent of the FPG, NHSC-approved sites must provide services at a nominal charge, which can be in the form of a sliding fee, or schedule of discounts.

Centerstone's Fellowship House Campus provides services to people who suffer with substance use disorders (SUDs) and co-occurring problems. Insurances accepted are Illinois Medicaid or Illinois Medicaid-Managed Care. Individuals with no insurance and no/low income may be eligible.
